Children’s Specialized Hospital is the preeminent provider of rehabilitation services for kids with special needs. The hospital serves children affected by brain injury, spinal cord injury, premature birth, autism, developmental delays, and life-changing illnesses.
Services include: outpatient services, acute rehabilitation, and long-term care through its sites in Bayonne, Clifton, Egg Harbor Township, Mountainside, Toms River, Fanwood, Hamilton, New Brunswick, Newark and Roselle Park, as well as, outreach programs in many communities.
Both an affiliate member of the Robert Wood Johnson Health System and a proud member of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Children's Specialized Hospital has thirteen sites in New Jersey and treats over 37,000 kids each year, making it the largest pediatric rehabilitation system of its kind in the nation.
The Elizabeth PBA #4 Civic Association is comprised of all Elizabeth Police Officers. They have been representing Elizabeth's finest since 1896.
The association supports many charities, including Children's Specialized Hospital. The Elizabeth PBA #4 Civic Association is not only dedicated to protecting citizens but also helping them.
Through the Jingle Bell 5K, the Elizabeth PBA #4 has raised over $68,000 for Children's Specialized Hospital.
