This year, Deerfield School is coming together to fundraise for our neighbors down the street at Children's Specialized Hospital. CSH is a 501(c)3 nonprofit hospital and serves children affected by brain injury, spinal cord injury, premature birth, autism, developmental delays, and life-changing illnesses. Children’s Specialized Hospital has thirteen sites in New Jersey and treats over 35,000 children each year, making it the largest pediatric rehabilitation system of its kind in the nation. Services include outpatient services, acute rehabilitation, and long-term care through its sites in Bayonne, Clifton, Egg Harbor Twp., Fanwood, Hamilton, Mountainside, New Brunswick (2 sites), Newark, Roselle Park, Toms River (2 sites), and Warren as well as outreach programs in many communities. Children's Specialized Hospital is a proud member of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. 

Within these walls, they are able to make miracles happen and change children's lives forever. Taking first steps (again) and saying first words (again) are just some of the miracles the staff at CSH are able to make happen. All of this is possible through the support of the community.
