Meet GABBY, the 2024 Children's Miracle Network New Jersey Champion
At 13-years-old, Gabby experienced a sudden AVM rupture that left her paralyzed on her left side. Brain surgery repaired the AVM, but did not give Gabby her movement back. After three weeks in an acute care hospital, she came to Children's Specialized Hospital for help. She arrived in a wheelchair, but five weeks later, she walked out of CSH unassisted! In this video, Gabby describes her journey and talks about what it means to her to be a champion.
