Accessible Parking is available in Lot C.
ONLY vehicles with handicap license plates or placards will be permitted to park in this area. Follow the signs for Accessible Parking and see an attendant upon arrival at Lot C.
All other guests should follow the signs for General Parking in the Howe Athletic Complex lot nearest the Elizabeth Avenue entrance..
If you are bringing tailgate or picnic supplies (tent, chairs, tables, coolers) you may drop those items off in Lot D where event staff will be waiting to assist you. Once your gear is dropped off, proceed to the General Parking lot at Howe Athletic Complex.
Shuttles, including accessible vans, will be available to bring guests from the general parking area to Lot C every 10 minutes. Parking lot attendants will be on site to help you find the shuttle stop.
All guests must be registered to receive a swag bag that includes your food tickets for the event. To avoid long lines at check-in, pre-register all of your guests online before you arrive at the event.
Pre-registered guests may check-in to collect their food tickets and swag bag at any of the check-in lines.
Use Lines 2 and 3 to turn in donations at check-in. Event staff will collect your donations and ensure that your fundraising page is credited with the appropriate amounts.
If you are not able to pre-register online, please use check-in Lines 2 and 3 so event staff can assist you with registration.
Snacks, lunch, water, hot beverages, ice cream and Italian ices will be available to all guests. If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, we strongly recommend that you pack your own snacks and picnic lunch.
Coolers, tables and chairs are permitted. You may also bring a tent as long as it is not larger than 10’ x 10’. All grills are prohibited.
There are a limited number of picnic tables available under the gazebo near the check-in tent where guests are welcome to gather. First come first served.
